Investing.com – Colombia stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Industrials , Services and Agriculture sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP rose 0.60% to hit a new 1-month high.
The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Mineros SA (BVC: MAS ), which rose 9.73% or 620.00 points to trade at 6,990.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Celsia SA (BVC: CEL ) added 1.72% or 70.00 points to end at 4,150.00 and Banco De Bogota SA (BVC: BBO ) was up 0.63% or 200.00 points to 32,000.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Canacol Energy Ltd (BVC: CNE ), which fell 4.12% or 400.00 points to trade at 9,300.00 at the close. Bolsa De Valores De Colombia (BVC: BVC ) declined 2.44% or 300.00 points to end at 12,000.00 and Banco Davivienda Pf (BVC: DVI_p ) was down 2.03% or 480.00 points to 23,220.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 0 to 0.
Shares in Mineros SA (BVC: MAS ) rose to 5-year highs; up 9.73% or 620.00 to 6,990.00. Shares in Banco De Bogota SA (BVC: BBO ) rose to 52-week highs; up 0.63% or 200.00 to 32,000.00.
US coffee C for July delivery was down 3.64% or 14.10 to $373.65 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in July fell 0.40% or 37.00 to hit $9,150.00 , while the June Gold Futures contract fell 3.06% or 102.25 to trade at $3,241.75 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 0.04% to 4,224.50, while BRL/COP fell 0.07% to 743.55.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 1.46% at 101.63.
