Saudi Arabia stocks higher at close of trade; Tadawul All Share up 0.10%

Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Cement , Industrial Investment and Insurance sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.10%.

The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Mouwasat Medical Services Company (TADAWUL: 4002 ), which rose 9.97% or 7.10 points to trade at 78.30 at the close. Meanwhile, Fawaz Abdulaziz AlHokair Company (TADAWUL: 4240 ) added 9.92% or 1.28 points to end at 14.18 and Saudi RE Cooperative Reinsurance (TADAWUL: 8200 ) was up 9.71% or 4.70 points to 53.10 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction Company SCJSC (TADAWUL: 4325 ), which fell 3.47% or 0.90 points to trade at 25.05 at the close. Sahara International Petrochemical Company SJSC (TADAWUL: 2310 ) declined 2.82% or 0.52 points to end at 17.90 and Saudi Steel Pipe Company (TADAWUL: 1320 ) was down 2.58% or 1.40 points to 52.90.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 194 to 118 and 25 ended unchanged.

Shares in Sahara International Petrochemical Company SJSC (TADAWUL: 2310 ) fell to 3-years lows; falling 2.82% or 0.52 to 17.90.

Crude oil for June delivery was down 2.20% or 1.28 to $57.01 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 1.93% or 1.18 to hit $60.11 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 2.67% or 86.60 to trade at $3,329.90 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was up 0.54% to 4.26, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.49% at 99.35.
