Colombia stocks higher at close of trade; COLCAP up 0.16%

Investing.com – Colombia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Industrials , Services and Agriculture sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP rose 0.16%.

The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Grupo Nutresa SA (BVC: NCH ), which rose 1.17% or 1,400.00 points to trade at 121,400.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Grupo Energia Bogota SA ESP (BVC: GEB ) added 0.89% or 25.00 points to end at 2,830.00 and Promigas (BVC: PMG ) was up 0.60% or 40.00 points to 6,660.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Bancolombia SA (BVC: BIC ), which fell 5.45% or 2,880.00 points to trade at 50,000.00 at the close. Bancolombia Pf (BVC: BIC_p1 ) declined 2.14% or 940.00 points to end at 43,080.00 and Bolsa De Valores De Colombia (BVC: BVC ) was down 2.12% or 260.00 points to 12,020.00.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 0 to 0.

US coffee C for July delivery was down 2.02% or 8.30 to $401.75 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in July rose 0.15% or 13.00 to hit $8,955.00 , while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.60% or 20.05 to trade at $3,327.65 a troy ounce.

USD/COP was unchanged 0.00% to 4,193.50, while BRL/COP unchanged 0.00% to 745.84.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.21% at 99.00.
