CoreWeave (CRWV) is reportedly cutting down the size of its planned IPO to 37,500,000 shares and will price below the planned range, just at $40 per share, Reuters reported early on Thursday.

The company previously intended to offer 49,000,000 shares at $47-$55 per share.
