Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Oil & Gas , Personal & Household Goods and Healthcare sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.51%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Demant A/S (CSE: DEMANT ), which rose 1.93% or 5.00 points to trade at 263.80 at the close. Meanwhile, Genmab (CSE: GMAB ) added 1.65% or 26.50 points to end at 1,635.00 and Oersted AS (CSE: ORSTED ) was up 1.52% or 4.80 points to 320.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Zealand Pharma A/S (CSE: ZELA ), which fell 7.99% or 53.00 points to trade at 610.00 at the close. Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE: VWS ) declined 3.35% or 3.40 points to end at 98.00 and NKT Holding (CSE: NKT ) was down 2.20% or 10.80 points to 479.20.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 86 to 54 and 10 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for April delivery was down 0.36% or 0.25 to $69.51 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 0.21% or 0.15 to hit $72.66 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 1.76% or 50.21 to trade at $2,898.71 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 1.12% to 7.11, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.02% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 1.03% at 106.44.
